HOW DO I FILL IN AN ON-LINE FORM?

STEP 1

Fill in information to identify the flight where irregularities occurred. You will find the information on your flight ticket or boarding pass.

1. Enter the flight number and click on "LOAD FLIGHT INFORMATION". If the system does not find it, please enter the departure and arrival airports manually.

2. Select the planned date and time of departure and arrival.

3. Next enter the actual time of arrival and click on "FIND OUT CLAIM"
