HOW DO I FILL IN AN ON-LINE FORM?
STEP 1
Here fill in the information required for identifying the flight where irregularities occurred. You will find the information on your flight ticket or boarding pass.
1. Enter the flight number and click on "LOAD FLIGHT INFORMATION". If the system does not find it, please enter the departure and arrival airports manually.
2. Select the planned date and time of departure and arrival.
3. If replacement transport has been provided click on "YES" and enter the replacement flight number and date, then click on "FIND OUT CLAIM." If replacement transport has not been provided, proceed to the next step by clicking on "FIND OUT CLAIM"
